Big John has a secret...he's just not that big. At 60 lbs, he is a little muscular hunk, though. And as much muscle as he has, he has more heart. He truly is a love bug. Big John is an approximately 3.5 year old mixed breed that is neutered, vaccinated, and ready to get out of the shelter!
He is a volunteer favorite. He knows several basic commands already and is very responsive to direction and correction. A cute little fun fact about him is he has a favorite toy, known as his Emotional Support Chicken. It is always in his mouth when he's in his kennel - it's the best.
Come take this boy home. He has been good with most dogs in the play yard. But there are NO CATS for Big John, mostly because he gets his feelings hurt when they will not play with him.
