He is friendly with people, but is a little fearful on the first meeting with someone new. He is very curious, intelligent and full of energy. Billy is a very loving dog and sweet almost to a fault. He really deserves a home after living his first two years in a shelter. The Catahoula breed is also known for "Extreme Intelligence".
