Billy is 4 to 5 years old. His family moved and left him behind tied to a tree. He was 23 lbs covered in fly bites when he was found by a rescue in Mississippi. Loves to hug you and give kisses every chance he gets. He is learning when it's appropriate to jump up on you. He has gained his weight back plus some. He needs a home with older kids because he is still learning his manners about jumping up on you. Billy is good with other dogs and cats. He is neutered and microchipped. He is also up to date on shots, rabies and heartworm negative and on prevention. His adoption fee is $413
