Billy is a 5-7 year old Lhasa Apso mix. He is a good boy who is still learning some manners and training (he was wandering the streets for an unknown amount of time). He has a lot of anxiety and will sometimes bark if he can't find his person. When we picked him up we were told he was deaf but that does not seem to be the case. He just has some selective hearing. He is very friendly and loves to be with his people. He also LOVES to play with the other dogs in his foster home and will have to have a doggie friend to play with. He has not met a cat or kid so we aren't sure how he would be. He is deaf but does well with hand signals and has seemed to adjust okay. He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
