The life Bird lived before she made our way to BARK we may never know. She was seen for months roaming around Laguna Park. Most of the time, she was pregnant….Which is exactly how she was when we were contacted about her. She had been walking up and down the bluffs begging anyone for food and he was extremely pregnant. It took some begging and a little bit of cheese but she let us take her in. It was like she knew she would get the help she needed.
Bird had her puppies in our care and all were sent off to their forever lives once weaned. Bird is still with us, waiting for her shot. Bird likes most dogs she encounters but prefers male submissive dogs. She is protective of her people but warms up with a few treats! Bird deserves her shot just like her puppies got. We are hoping we can find that for her in your home!
