Bitsy and Sweet Pea (also available for adoption) are BEST FRIENDS. These 2 girls are very bonded and they MUST be adopted TOGETHER! The adoption contract will include a promising to keep them together for the rest of their lives. The adoption fee has been adjusted for consideration of 2 dogs. Please open your heart and home to this sweet pair of girls!
Bitsy came to us when her elderly owners could no longer care for her. She is a beautiful, tiny, purebred chihuahua was lived with the same family since puppyhood. Losing her home and people has been extremely stressfull for this sweet little girl and she will need a quiet home with patient and loving people who will give her time and space to re-adjust. No homes with chldren, please. Gets along with other dogs and cats.
Bitsy was born October, 2004, and weighs approx 6 lbs (a little chunky - should wegh 4 - 5 lbs). She is housetrained.
WHAT MUST I DO TO ADOPT?
All adoptions begin with completing the online application found at: www.canineshelterrescue.org Vet, personal, and groomer (if applicable) references will be required and will be checked
WHAT IS THE ADOPTION FEE?
Adoption fees differ from dog to dog and are non-negotiable. We accept CASH ONLY. Fees cover the vet care, quality food, and medications necessary to care for the dog while in our foster home. We are volunteers - no paid employees here! Fees and donations are the only means to support our continuing rescue efforts.
ADOPTION FEE FOR THIS PET IS $400 FOR THE PAIR
DO YOU ADOPT OUT OF STATE?
Yes, when it is the best home for the dog. Transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the adopter in addition to the adoption fee. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT AIR FREIGHT PUPPIES YOUNGER THAN 6 MONTHS OR SMALLER THAN 8 LBS. YOU MUST PICK UP THESE PUPPIES.
