These dogs are currently in our care with the help of our partners in the area. These dogs will all travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found. The cameras had been messed with so we didn’t get to see who was responsible for dumping these sweet babies. Blackjack is a very sweet and humble guy, he does great with all people and animals. When dog testing another dog lunged at and tried to bite him and Blackjack didn’t react at all. Since being at the shelter with us, we have noticed that being on leash is slightly scary for him but he does good after a few minutes. We have also noticed that Blackjack has a slight fear of walking through door ways, but once you get him through the door he does a lot better. We haven’t noticed him show any interest in toys and does flinch if you move to quickly towards his face. Blackjack is a great boy with a lot of amazing qualities & will make some family very happy!
