06/21/24 04:01 DOG DAY OUT REPORT Today I: met a new friend who took me for a drive and a sniffy walk! I was excited to get going and hopped in and out of the car all on my own. I love putting my head out the window. Once we got to the park, I was sooo excited, so my new friend played fetch with me, and I got some zoomies out. I love to sniff, especially holes, and my favorite thing? Lizards! I love trying to catch them. I got lots of compliments on the trail and showed off my sit and shake. Then we went to Pet Food Express where there were so many new and exciting smells, and I got an extra special cookie. Three Words to Describe Me are: Affectionate, Playful, Happy Notes from My Walker: Blizzy is a very sweet boy, he is excited to meet you and go out. He has no problem getting in and out of the car on his own and likes to stick his head out the window. He likes treats and knows sit and shake/paw. Hes quite energetic/excited when you first get going and can be a little dog reactive (wants to say hi), especially if they react to him. Barked at one dog that barked at him, otherwise just wanted to say hi. Doesnt react to bikes or other people though. I took him to a quiet shaded area and put him on a long lead and played fetch with him/let him get some zoomies out. He walks pretty good on the leash especially once hes got some energy out he can pull a little but generally is very good. Occasionally will lunge if there is a squirrel or lizard near him he loves to chase lizards. Very responsive to kissy noises and will come/continue walking when you make them. He is a sniffy boy and likes to investigate holes. At the end of our walk when it was getting hot, we went to pet food express and he enjoyed sniffing all the aisles but was very polite and didnt try to take anything. He does enjoy attention and likes chest/ear scratches, also likes balls and squeaky toys. Ended the morning with a pup cup where everyone working at the Starbucks wanted to say hi to him through the drive through window. 06/04/24 07:14 DOG DAY OUT REPORT Today: I got to go to Mine Hill and did a nice, long, hilly hike to get some of my energy out. It was hot but I didnt mind, got some zoomies out early in the walk and then did great up and down hills, passing people and dogs. After our walk we went to Chick Fil A and I got an ice cream cone which was delicious! Three Words to Describe Me are: energetic, inquisitive, friendly Notes from My Walker: Blizzy was a pleasure to walk once he got his initial excitement and energy burst out he did really well on leash. We passed dogs and people, most of whom he didnt mind at all. He was really excited when he first came out of his kennel but quickly got into the routine. Hes a very sweet guy!
