Our veterinary partner estimates that Blu is 2 years old at the time of intake in March 2022. Blu is good with people and other dogs. Blu spent his life chained to his owner's porch on a very short chain living in the dirt. We convinced his owner to release him to us and now he is free learning how to be a dog. Blu is learning his commands and is so happy now. He has an interest in nature and enjoys hiking. He has great house manners! He plays gently with his toys and takes treats like a gentleman. He loves to play with other dogs and always excited to meet new people. He plays catch with himself with his toys and can entertain himself chewing on bones. He is medium level energy with bursts of energy but with equal amounts of napping throughout the day. He is well behaved in the house and the foster said a joy to be around.
