Blue is energetic, playful, curious, and very friendly. He walks very well on a leash. He enjoys cuddles in the evenings with his people and with a canine friend. He would be great with a family of older kids who can play with him or a young couple who can give him some adventures. He's super smart and house trained. We think he has some Heeler and possibly some Russell, but he's petite and easy to handle. At 17 months he's fully grown at under 30 lbs.
