This pup had a pretty rough start in life.
Blue and his 1-year-old siblings were found as newborns on the railroad tracks by a good Samaritan, who contacted rescue for help. They have grown up in foster homes for the last year with no interest or adoption applications.
Blue is a sweet boy who loves his people.
He can be selective with his canine & feline friends, so a meet & greet will be needed with any resident dogs/cats.
Each pup is strong and intelligent and will need confident handlers who can train them, so they reach their full potential.
