Bo A166964 59 lb. neutered male, approx 1 year old - Decent on the leash but can pull occasionally - Very friendly boy - Loves pets and cuddles - Gives kisses - Likes some treats and takes them nicely - Loves chewing on toys - He ducks with quick movements near his head. Poor boy would benefit from a lower traffic home or a home with older kids who can be respectful and patient with him - Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids. Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-3:30 BUT our adoptions are done 7 days a week from 10:30am -3:00pm.
