Meet BOLT - Paws Behind Bars Trained
BOLT is a 5-year-old male, Husky mix who weighs 45 lbs. And yes, he has one brown eye and one blue eye.
Bolt's temperament is excellent! He's fun and he's active. His energy was always looking for a job to do so he was the perfect dog for our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training program. Here, he's received obedience training and the proper amount of exercise (a critical consideration for anyone interested in Huskies). We are also getting a much better glimpse of his personality. These dogs live with their inmate 24/7. The one-on-one attention goes a long way to helping us tell the adopter just what to expect.
Bolt is just graduating from the program and is available for adoption now.
