Boots is a 3 year old male purebred Catahoula Leopard Dog. One blue eye with beautiful markings! He was a breeder dog and in horrible conditions not discovered until owner went into hospital. He is in a foster home and all his issues taken care of. He is neutered, updated on shots, h/w negative. He is now housebroken and crate trained.
He likes other dogs but can be resource food/treat aggressive since he lacked that ! He is fine with cats but will chase them, so you need a savvy cat who knows how to deal with dogs if there is a cat in the house.
He has a lot of energy and bounces on his toes like Tiger from Winnie the Pooh! He has been with a trainer who describes this as a typical working dog.
