Debbie was found with her shepherd friend, Duncan, in a park. They were well behaved per their finder. Their owner was never found, so off to the shelter they went. Debbie was lucky and was rescued but unfortunately, the day before her rescue, her shepherd friend was euthanized as the shelter is severely overcrowded. Debbie Dow has her chance for a happily ever after and a loving home.
