BOSCO- Needs a foster/forever home!

Bosco is a Pointer/Heeler mix who we rescued along with his mom Lainey and siblings Bodhi (adopted), Dax, Abbie (adopted), Bosco and Denali prior to them being euthanized at a high kill shelter. His estimated birthdate is 7/13/2022. Bosco is timid and skittish and takes time to warm up to new people. It appears he did not have much socialization when he was younger. Bosco really needs an adopter who is patient and willing to spend a lot of one and one time with him. Good with other dogs. May be ok with cats after a slow introduction. Children 10 years old or older. Bosco's forever home is required to have a totally enclosed physically fenced yard where he can run, play and hang out with his people. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations as well as house and crate trained. Bosco is searching for a family with patience and love who will show him how great it is being a part of a family is all about. All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. No out of state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. Bosco's adoption fee is $300. BOSCO WOULD LOVE TO BE IN A FOSTER HOME WHILE HE IS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.
