Bowie's young life had a rough start.
He was found emaciated, tied to a dumpster in an Indianapolis park. His foster mom saw him shortly after his intake in the IACS medical room and couldn't help offering to spring him!
Bowie is a neutered, one year-old, 43lbs terrier-hound mix. He has come such a long way since August on his road to recovery!

Automatically sits for meals
Shares his chew toys with his foster siblings
Knows sit, shake, and hugs
Takes treats gently
Bowie entertains himself when alone but would love a home with another playful dog!
