Bowie

We were notified of a dog with an injured leg at a hotel. Our volunteer rushed out to see if she could contain him. After a few moves (he was fast for just 3 legs) and some improvising he was leashed. He was taken to an emergency vet. Our volunteer received a call that we needed to pick Bowie up. They said AHS would put him to sleep if they transferred him. We picked him up in the morning. Bowie is a jumping, running, digging, and stuffy killing tripod! This guy doesn't let three legs stop him. He loves dogs of all sizes. Doesn't mind hanging out with the cat and playing. Loves to get some snuggle time. Is so smart, he was potty trained in a day! He does need a slow feeder so he doesn't gobble down his food. He likes to go for walks but needs work on his pulling. He isn't a fan of car rides but is getting better. Did we mention he is ADORABLE! Estimated to be 1 year old and 17 pounds Bowie is ready for his forever home he is neutered, chipped, and UTD on vaccines. He has had a 4DX test and is negative for heartworm and tick disease. Want to meet him?
