Brilliant sweet Zara

This absolutely gorgeous sweet peanut is Zara! She is a brilliantly smart girl who had a home who never took responsibility as they should for her. They would leave her outside during the day to roam the surrounding neighborhoods. She was pregnant back to back, with her owners never taking responsibility. Finally she ended up in the pound again with 2 of her pups, and it was clear that this girl needed not to go back to the old home again, and instead have a chance at a loving home and a stable future! A temporary foster was found to take her and her babies in while they began to have their medical work done! Since then, sweet Zara has been fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, dewormed, microchipped, put on flea/tick/heartworm preventative, and spayed! She is officially cleared to find her dream home! Zara is a super intelligent girl who is a very devoted companion. She knows some basic commands and has had excellent behavior in the house! She has been great with other dogs but doesn’t care for rough house playing. She’s more of a trot around the yard, sunbathe together kind of girl! Zara is excellent in the car and has been ultra loving with all the people she meets! She’s been great on a leash and reliably goes potty outside! She’s been a very easy girl to love and care for. She’s a country girl at heart and will do great having a yard to enjoy. She also loves to go on hikes whenever you’d like to go! She is medium energy and will do great in whatever activity you’d like. She truly is unbelievably intelligent and confidently approaches new situations and people ready for friends and adventure. She does enjoy snuggling so a home who would love to cuddle with this girl on movie nights or snuggle in bed would also be her dream come true! She is bright and beautiful, a true heeler!
