We were told that Brock was abandoned when his owners moved out and left him on the porch. A neighbor called us 2 weeks later to come get him. He had eye discharge and we got him all patched up at the vet's office. He has been neutered and brought up to date on vaccinations. He has also been microchipped and heartworm tested.
While we don't know his entire history, he is showing signs of possible abuse in his past. He flinches if you move too quickly and he is cautious of new people. He has a very cute smooshy face, he has learned that he loves soft toys, and he is treat motivated. We have been taking things slow with Brock so that he is comfortable and feels safe. He has found a best friend here named Hazel and he loves to run in the yard with her.
His adopter needs to be patient and have experience with dogs.
