Brownie

Age: Approximately 2 yrs. Weight: Approximately 45 lbs. Ideal Home: Active adults dedicated to plenty of play and walks; older, sturdy kids (due to jumping) okay; other dogs okay pending meet and greet. Favorite Things: Treats! Brownie is a very friendly pup with a medium to high energy level. Lots of play and walks will be essential to her well-being and success fitting into the household. She's still young enough that she exhibits puppy mouthing and jumping when overexcited and will need some further work (from what she's been receiving at HumaneCNY) on her basic manners. However, she's highly food-motivated and alert so training could be a great bonding experience as well as fun for both dog and new owner/s. Currently she knows "sit," "down," "touch," and "place," all of which are great foundational commands upon which to build. On her walks, Brownie stays alert and settles in nicely. While she may be a little zig-zaggy, she's not a big puller.
