Bruno was in a breeding facility as a young male. He is a very beautiful and desirable type of Schnauzer but he was never able to impregnate a female, not sure why. He still marks his territory occasionally with urine (male dogs lift their legs and mark walls, etc. with urine) even though he is neutered so that could be a problem. Usually, dogs can be trained to extinguish that behavior.
He has not been aggressive with other dogs here but I don't think he should be with another male dog. I think a female would be better. He is gentle but has never been around kids much. Though he is very sweet and does love people, he is not the kind of dog who will run up to you and greet you right away. He will have to get used to a new owner, new place, etc. Dogs who have been in a kennel situation most of their lives are like that. He is kind of lonely here now. He does have a kennel mate occasionally but she is not there all the time. The groomers love him because he is so nice when they groom him. He has no known health issues.
