Brussel Sprout aka Brussel is a youthful, energetic pittie, whose big, white head and big, grey eyes will bulldoze his way into your heart. Brussel was a rescued from a bad home life and spent many months at animal control. Despite this, his zest for life has no bounds. He is cautious of new things, people, and sounds. But with some encouragement, he quickly warms up. Brussel is curious about new dogs, and we believe with proper introductions, he would be a great playmate. Brussel is cautious about new people, and generally warms up to them. He can get nervous about loud sounds or unexpected sounds, so he should be monitored around all kids and would do well with some training! Brussel has quick bouts of energy after naps and eating, but is then great with snoozing for several hours throughout the day. He would be great for a family that enjoys leisurely walks with some play thrown in but also likes lazy days to cuddle on the couch. Brussel is a smart cookie and knows "sit" and "crate/house". Brussel Sprouts will win you over with his joyous love that he gives you unconditionally. He will be a great companion to someone one day. Brussel Sprouts, despite his past, is excellent on leash.
