This sweet, old boy is coded as special needs because of his age and arthritic condition. Old, but what a beauty - (note the feathers on his feet) and come in to see his wonderful personality. This dog was relinquished by his owner because he was old, we guess. His toenails were terribly overgrown, making it hard for him to walk. But he sat quietly while his nails were trimmed (a procedure many dogs don't like at all). He walks well on a leash. Nice, nice, boy. Come see him.
