Buddy, neutered, young adult, 90 lbs+/-, retriever mix. Buddy is a nice, quiet, well-mannered dog with a gorgeous, radiant gold coat. He was brought to the shelter as a stray with his pal Lucky, and, sadly, his owner did not want them back. He and Lucky love to roll around and play with each other. Buddy is friendly towards other shelter dogs too. Buddy is a little more independent-minded than Lucky, but he still enjoys hanging with his peeps and going for walks. He’s also happy to show you that he can “sit” and “shake” (but don’t try to get pictures of him performing ‘cuz he’s camera shy!). Buddy is a big boy, but because he is usually so calm, we feel he can go into any family situation, although we're not sure how he'd be with cats.. We will add more info as we are able to get him out and about more. Buddy id current on his shots and microchipped. The fee to adopt Buddy is $160. Buddy is currently in a foster home, so we ask that you please called ahead to meet Buddy at the Hukari Animal Shelter 3910 Heron Dr, Odell. 541-354-1083. Adoption hours are Wed 5-7 & Sat 9-11.
