Buddy is a great pup. He has had a not-so-good start. he is learning boundaries and is doing well. If you like the personality of a Jack Russel, he is your guy!
He has some fear reactivity when meeting new people. He was tossed out of a moving car! It takes him some time to trust and warm up to strangers. (usually, about 10 minutes with treats and slow movements) Once you have his trust, you will get buckets of nibbles and kisses. When he finally settles down for the night, typically when he realizes no one wants to play anymore, he will snuggle against you. He has lots of love to give, he just needs someone willing to give him some grace and time.
