Although scared at first, Buddy is very friendly now that he's adjusted and knows a better way of life. He is a snuggle bug and gets excited when you say "who's a good boy or whistles." He knows his name and comes when you call him. He is super loving and always gives kisses. He is also curious, watching and learning what goes on in a home. He is playful and loves toys. He energetic and just might be the next Olympic gymnast the way he leaps off the ground. He's already potty trained loves the outdoors. He would benefit from being in a home with someone who is home a lot. If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
