Bugsy identifies as a foodie. He follows the treats where ever they go. Even while 'under the weather' he is drooling and seeking out treats like a bloodhound. He is enjoying meeting all the people here. Literally every person he meets has snacks! Shelter folks are the best ? He loves a sniffy walk, is pretty skilled on leash, and was not offended by walking in the rain. Ask to meet him outside his kennel, 'cooped up' is not his best look!
