Butter Bean is an absolute sweetheart, as well as a staff and volunteer favorite at OTAT facilities. He's eager to please, but loves training regardless, and has so much potential! He is always joyful and exuberant and may sometimes jump on his human friends out of excitement, but rubbing his velvety ears is like hitting a "calm" switch, (one of his cutest charms). Like most hounds, he LOVES food and treats, which makes it easy to spoil him, but also to train him. He loves to be active, play outside, and go for walks to sniff everything in the neighborhood, but he also naps and cuddles hard! When it's time to settle in his crate, he will happily do so with a Kong or other food-related enrichment.
Butter Bean's adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous supporter. He is neutered, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative.
