Buttercup Is Available For Adoption! ?Words from her foster mom: "Buttercup is a very affectionate, curious & sweet baby. She loves to be carried and loves to be snuggled/ held. She is very curious about the world around her and always wants to explore and try to test the boundaries of what she thinks she can do (she tried the doggie door this weekend after watching the big dogs!) She puts her arms/ paws around her sister when she thinks she is sad, and snuggles up to her mom and sister at night (although if you let her sleep with you, she will ditch them with a swiftness.) She also bosses the bigger dogs (who listen to her, despite the 40 pound weight difference!)?? She weighs almost 11 pounds and is about 11 weeks old. She is still working on potty training, but is a very smart pup who learns things quickly. Buttercup's mom (who looks like a possible whippet/chiweenie mix) weighs 35 pounds. She looks a whole lot like her mom, but with reverse coloring. Her eyes are very expressive. Buttercup loves everyone!" ? This precious little puppy, her sister, & her mama dog were rescued from the euthanasia list at an extremely overcrowded shelter. Mama dog, Doja had only 2 pups. They were 2 weeks old at the time. They were transported to a warm, loving foster home. ? Buttercup is currently 11 weeks of age & 11 lbs.
