Buttermilk is a delicately beautiful and very dear puppy. Her calm and patient disposition combine with a gentle sweetness, and give her a thoughtful and earnest bearing that seems out of place in a young puppy.
She has a beautiful and collected, tall, upright "sit" - in fact her appearance and bearing all conjure up impressions of medieval paintings of elegant dogs at court. Her coat is very soft and plush - a bit longer than a hound's - her ears are long and velvety - her legs are long and refined.
She greets people, dogs and cats with a friendly and considerate interest, and her love of being held and cuddled is profound, although not in a wiggly, excited way; she relaxes into your lap in a quiet, happy revelry.
Her gait and bearing are very lovely - she trots along with her nose to the ground, and pauses, head and tail up - a picture of beauty. Her eye contact is soft, open and direct.
Buttermilk is a lovely and loving puppy who would be a staunch and wonderful companion for a committed adopter.
