We have not seen Buttermilk Biscuit with cats or kids but she can be tested! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Buttermilk Biscuit is Looking For: Her forever home! This sweet girl needs a new home through no fault of her own. She nursed beautiful, healthy puppies - Boone, Boyant, Binky, Barley, Barton, Biscuit, Butter, and Bonnie - and they're off to get their own homes. She's eager to once again have his own humans - German shepherds are known for being quite attached to their people! Long sniffy walks and world exploration with them is on her wish list, as are a cushy dog bed and quality kibble. But you know what's right at the top of the list? Being safe and loved and under her own roof for all his days. Shelter staff say she's good with other dogs. She's in her prime as an adult, well out of the puppy yips, and is more than ready to ease into her new humans' home and hearts. In exchange, they get the immense amount of love and loyalty she is storing up for her new family. What do you say? Is that going to be you? What My Foster Says About Me: Buttermilk Biscuit is doing great! She is coming out of her shell, and plays well with our two dogs. She is working on her leash skills, but she seems to know the command 'sit' and is working on others. She is still timid about certain things (new rooms in the house, stairs, etc.), but is making good progress! She is a bit of a goof sometimes, but is also very sweet and loves attention. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
