This angel had a less than ideal start to his young life. Despite this, Cesar embodies resilience and is searching for a better ending in you. It takes him a bit to warm up but one he does he is all in. He is learning humans are friends, though he prefers them to be women and on the quieter side while he is finding his confidence.
