How y'all are?

It's me Cajun. I was jerked up outta da swamp, right before a gator snatched me! Actually, I was rescued from the shelter on the very day I was supposed to be put to sleep. But the gator tale sounds gooder, like more of an adventure, and I am an adventurous kind o' fella. I'm the color of a dark brown roux. For those of you Northerners reading this, roux is a cooked flour and fat mixture, used as a basis for a lot of our dishes down here :)

I'm super sweet (like a praline). I love to cuddle.

I'm just a young hushpuppy, so I still have lots of learnin' to do. I sure do enjoy chowin' down on somethin' good. I'm not sure why these peoples are sayin' that cords, and coozies, and little pieces o' wood aren't good. What do they expect me to eat, gumbo?

We got some kind of varmints down here called kitties. I'm beginnin' to think they might not be worth huntin', as they don't look to have much meat on 'em. Hmm, I'll get back to ya on that one.

I ain't no yard dog! I much prefers to be in the house. I'll lay right at yer feet, or across your lap. My fav-o-rite possession is my pillow.

Speakin' o' pillow...it's time for an afternoon snooze. Until next time "Laissez les bon temps rouler"! Let the good times roll!

My Story: Cajun was rescued off of deathrow on the day he was scheduled to be euthanized.

Cajun is super sweet and loves to cuddle. He is fostered with other dogs and cats and he does excellent with them. He's well mannered and an all around wonderful little boy. He is going to make an excellent companion.
