Cali

Cali is maybe the sweetest dog that has ever come into the TIRR Rescue program. Ridgeback (as is our primary breed) – not hardly. Cali was found on the side of a busy FM road near Cottondale and Paradise, Texas. As one of our clients were on the way to our facility, they found the dog and called Roy who immediately said bring her. She had some injuries (non-life threating) which needed cleaning. On the next Monday we had her evaluated at Justin Animal Hospital who verified that the sores on Cali were large breed dog bites that had not been treated. She is healing rapidly and is the happiest dog in the world. Cali LOVES attention and will let you pet her for as long as you will do it. Precious and beautiful girl. She seems to be playful with other dogs.
