7/28/24. Happy Sunday morning from CALI! This adorable 5 year old dober boy finds himself in need of a furever home thru no fault of his own.
His owner was facing homelessness so of course we took him in. Besides being super sweet and loving to everyone he meets, he likes other dogs preferably female and is good with children but has alot of energy so better with bigger children. He has lived most of his life outside so will need some training for sure, but is smart and eager to please so no doubt will be a quick study. Rides nice in car.
07/05/24 I really think they should rename him Dobby, because the way his ears stick out and his big eyes remind of Dobby from Harry Potter! Cali is 5 yrs old and sweet as sugar. He likes other dogs and, obviously, kids. He loves a good butt scratch.If you're interested in fostering or adopting Cali, or any of the other amazing dobes Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
