Meet Yeti!
Yeti is a young adult neutered male, appx 3 1/2 yrs old. He is a white Anatolian "or" Akbash (not a cross of the two breeds).
So far Yeti is proving to be true to the Anatolian/Akbash nature. He is protective and territorial, with a dash of dominance.
Yeti likes to come into the house and hang out with his people.
When outside he is sure to alert you to anything that he thinks you need to know about.
Yeti has the potential to be an exceptional companion/guardian dog, however, he is very true to the Anatolian nature and needs to be with an owner who is experienced with this type of dog.
Yeti's ideal home would be in a rural to semi rural area. He loves to be in the house and is happy to lay by your feet wherever you are. He might like a female canine companion but thats not required. He would be just as happy being the only dog. He does need to be the only male dog in the home, though.
Please note that Yeti has been tested with stock and is not a candidate for being a working dog.

He is currently in foster care outside the Bay Area in CA (northern). You must be within driving distance to pick Yeti up, he cannot be shipped.
