HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Your new family member is here to steal your heart with the best ears in the business! Calla is just the sweetest puppy who loves to do all the puppy things, and refuses to admit that she's only operating with three legs. Stairs? No problem. Playing with her foster puppy brothers? She keeps them on their toes. Running around with her humans foster sister? Loves it. Baby gates? She's climbed right over them. Seriously, it doesn't slow her down at all. It also helps that she's whip smart. She opens gates if they're not latched, and if her crate door is closed, she'll nose it open to get in. Calla has also mastered "sit", is potty trained with regular trips outside, and sleeps soundly through the night in her bed. Like any typical puppy, she enjoys chewing on her toys. She does have some dragon-like hoarding tendencies which is funny to watch -- she will play with toys with her foster brothers, but also likes to keep a collection in her crate on the side, just for her. When Calla isn't absorbed in playing, she loves to cuddle up, either with her humans, in a nice sun puddle, or on a comfy bed. She's a great blend of puppy energy and chill and has fit extremely well into our pack. Calla is also great with her 2 yo foster human sister. While we're still working on teaching our daughter proper boundaries with dogs, Calla has accepted hugs and gentle pets willingly and enjoys being able to play with the tiny human in the house. It is important to remember that Calla is still learning, just like our daughter, and we keep a watchful eye over both of them whenever the two of them are together. We haven't seen any worrying behavior and believe Calla will make an excellent family member, even for those families with young kids. Calla is an 8 month old Shepherd mix and up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. If you're looking for a spunky, sweet pup to add to your family, Calla is your girl.
