Born in April 2021 and tipping the scales at a dainty 32lbs, Callie is the epitome of sweetness and vitality. Her journey to our shelter began with a kind police officer who found her wandering and brought her to us, ensuring she’d be safe and sound. Callie’s personality is a delightful blend of affection and exuberance. She adores making new human friends and cherishes every moment with the amazing volunteers who take her for daily walks. True to her breed’s social nature, Callie is a veritable social butterfly, greeting everyone she meets with boundless enthusiasm and an eagerness for interaction. An outdoor enthusiast, Callie thrives on activity and would be overjoyed to join an active family. Whether it’s exploring local parks or being the star of community events, she’s ready to dazzle with her incredible spirit. She’s a pro at maintaining a tidy kennel, provided she gets regular strolls, though she might have the occasional overnight mishap due to longer wait times here. We don't know how Callie would be with cats as she is a herding breed, but she might be ok with a slow introduction. She hasn't shown a lot of interest in other dog friends and we think she would probably do best as an only dog in a home. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough).
