Meet CAMERON this SATURDAY, AUGUST 3 from 10-2PM at The First Responder Back to School Bash at Pierson Park. Pierson Park is at 1800 S 55th St in Kansas City, Kansas 66106. ALSO THIS WEEKEND: SATURDAY, AUGUST 3 from 12-3PM: Dog Adoption Event at OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes! WEEKEND SHELTER HOURS: SATURDAY, AUGUST 3: OPEN 10AM - 3PM — NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! SUNDAY, AUGUST 4: OPEN 10AM - 3PM — NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! CAMERON and her litter mates are darling Shepherd mix puppies! They are 2 months old. They've been living in a foster home where they've been well socialized. Now they are back at our shelter and ready for their new homes! CAMERON currently weighs 9 lbs. All of the pups are sweet, friendly and playful! ADOPTING A PET We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
