Canela has not really revealed much about herself here at DAS. She once told us that her name means cinnamon in Spanish. She also expressed her frustration with her resting sad face, because she's not actually sad all the time! Canela may think it's frustrating, but we believe her sad puppy-dog eyes are the cutest! Other than those statements, the rest of the information about Canela only comes from rumors. Some say she went to Bora Bora, but then others stated she has never left the country. Obviously, these are conflicting statements. It seems like DAS volunteers need to keep investigating this cute pup!
