Meet Carlotta!
She is a 4 year old Shepherd mix. She is very petite in size and only weighs 44 lbs. Carlotta was one of 14 dog that the SPCA of East Texas seized from a property in East Texas. Carlotta was left to roam the property and never really had human touch. She has been in our care for over 4 months and is slowly getting used to her routine. She is sweet but very nervous. She is working on leash training. She has been around other dogs and enjoys their company as long as they are friendly. We would consider Carlotta a project dog in a sense that her family will need to give her plenty of time to learn and trust. She would love to start her new life in the comfort of a home!
