Meet Casey! CURRENTLY ATTENDING OBEDIENCE CLASS AND LEARNING SO MUCH! SUCH A SNUGGLE BABY! This eight-month-old brindle boy will steal your heart the moment you meet him! He's 38 pounds of belly-rubbing bliss! Casey arrived at GLDR with his brother Kai who has already been adopted. Casey is wondering when it will be his turn to enjoy all the love a family can give. Casey had a few days away and we learned so much about him! He loves to spend his time playing in the yard and snuggling up on the couch with any variety of toys! He's also crate-trained, and great on a leash. Casey also great in the car and is ready to hit the road with you on all of your adventures. A fenced-in yard of his own to play in would be a dream come true for him. Casey is currently attending obedience classes and is loving it! He has already picked up on several commands and is a very quick learner! As you can see by his photos, Casey could teach a class on snuggling. He brightens every room he's in and will form a unbreakable bond with the adopter lucky enough to make him part of the family. A lap dog at heart, Casey makes no secret of his need to be close. He'll gladly roll over for a belly rub every chance he gets. At the kennel, he enjoys cruising in the yard and stopping every few minutes to bestow kisses on the GLDR volunteers. Casey is so much fun to be around and will love life with a family that will keep him exercised and give him all the affection he deserves! He'll also benefit from continued training to be the best boy he can be! Based on our evaluation, we feel Casey would do well in an active home with adults or families with kids ages 12 and up. Casey can sometimes be hesitant around new people, but take those few minutes to give him a chance and you'll have a friend for life! He may have the potential to live with other animals as well.
