You may see him in black and white, but Cash is all about the future! This handsome hound mix (A399460) is about 50lbs and just under 2 years old. Despite his size, he will expect you to let him sit in your lap!  He’s been doing great working on leash training, and he’s house broken. He loves playing with other dogs, and we’ve been working on exposure to cats - reactions thus far seem like curiosity. Cash’s favorite game is tug-of-war! He’ll hold a toy against your leg until you grab on to play!  Cash is the most deserving of a second chance at a happy home. He was originally adopted in November 2022 as a puppy and returned to shelter as a stray in early July 2024. While we don’t know what happened in that year and a half, he does have some anxiety and would do best with someone who can be patient as he learns to trust he won’t be abandoned again. So let Cash fill your days with sloppy kisses and cuddles!  He is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. His adoption fee is currently waived.
