Casper is a very gentle, tolerant and friendly dog once he has developed trust with someone. Casper is a Shih Tzu mix. He is neutered, house trained and crate trained. Casper is about 10 years old and weighs 20 pounds. He has glaucoma and sadly, is not a candidate for corrective surgery.
Casper self-soothes by walking in circles to calm himself down when he feels alone or in a strange environment. Music playing in the background helps him tremendously. Being blind, any sudden touch will scare him. Because of the extended warm-up time to get comfortable, we want to assure that Casper’s new home is quiet and stress free. We do not recommend a home with young children.
Adoption fee $300.
