MEET CASPER! Casper is a wonderful 4-year-old white shepherd in need of a foster or forever home! He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in the nick of time, and while there was kenneled with another dog. He loves people and human affection and attention, and he's at a good age, where he's no longer a puppy but has lots of life to live. He would be a wonderful companion for a single person, a couple or a family with kids over 8 (due to his large size). Casper would love to go for walks, hikes, road trips or runs on the beach.
