Ceasar is such a sweet older gentleman. Loves attention and is very well mannered.He seems house trained and crate trained. He doesn't deserve being in a shelter he deserves a human that will keep him safe and will love him forever.

He was found as a stray on the streets of Clinton,searching for protection from the harsh weather, lost and confused.It is very hard to believe that a human could have dumped him leaving him to survive on his own.
Ceasar's adoption fee is $90 which provide his neuter ,micro chip,up to date with vaccines including rabies and one month health insurance which will take effect 72 hours to 96 hours after adoption.
