Cecelia walked into her foster home like she'd lived there all her life! This sweetheart has been wonderful with other dogs and full of the goofy personality that will make you fall in love with the hound breed. She is great with dogs of all sizes and seems to be scared of the nieghborhood cats, but we would want to cat test her before confidently saying she is good with cats. Her favorite activities include sleeping upside down, eating yogurt straight from the container, and stealing toys from her foster sister! **This dog is heartworm positive and is being treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application. We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter.
