Cecil is a handsome 4-year-old large mixed-breed fellow. He came to the SFAS looking for help to find a family. Here at the shelter, Cecil has been improving on walking on a leash. Cecil is friendly and observant to everything thats going on around him. Cecil is waiting for his future family to sweep him into a life of love and fun! Cecils adoption fee is wavied. He is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply. Cecil is currently resting in a foster home.
