Despite his challenging start, Cesar, the delightful three-year-old standard poodle, quickly became a beloved member of our SPIN family. With his irresistible standard poodle charm, Cesar found himself in a predicament, diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis, but his spirit shone through. In the midst of an overflowing shelter, facing tough decisions, the compassionate staff saw beyond Cesar's challenges and reached out to SPIN for a brighter alternative.
